The athletic training staff works in private to support both healthy athletes and injured players in their quest to recover and return to activity as soon as possible during a demanding and protracted season. In both major and minor league baseball, they are the unsung heroes of the team.

After 33 seasons with the team, Brian Ebel was hired as the Orioles’ head athletic trainer prior of the 2018 season, making him the team’s fourth head trainer.
