As of now, there is no official announcement regarding a joint final tour between Mötley Crüe and Guns N’ Roses. However, both bands have independently announced major tours for 2025.

As of now, there is no official announcement confirming a joint final tour between legendary rock bands Mötley Crüe and Guns N’ Roses. Despite widespread speculation and fan excitement surrounding the possibility of such a collaboration, both groups have instead announced separate, significant touring plans for 2025, continuing their individual legacies on the global stage.

Guns N’ Roses, known for their explosive performances and enduring rock anthems, are set to embark on a global tour titled “Because What You Want & What You Get Are Two Completely Different Things.” This tour is scheduled to span from May 23 to July 31, 2025, and will take the band through Europe and the Middle East. Notably, the tour will kick off in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the Kingdom Arena—marking a significant and somewhat unconventional start for the band. Other major stops include London’s iconic Wembley Stadium and a concluding performance at the renowned Wacken Open Air festival in Germany. The band’s lineup of special guests is as bold as the tour’s title, featuring acts like Rival Sons, Public Enemy, and a reformed version of the Sex Pistols with Steve Jones, Paul Cook, and Glen Matlock, along with Frank Carter stepping in for John Lydon. Meanwhile, Mötley Crüe has opted for a more stationary yet equally impactful approach with a newly announced Las Vegas residency. The residency will take place at Dolby Live at Park MGM, running from September 12 to October 3, 2025. This series of shows follows the band’s return from a brief hiatus and was originally planned for earlier in the year. However, it was postponed due to frontman Vince Neil undergoing a medical procedure. In typical Mötley Crüe fashion, the band aims to make the residency an immersive experience for fans, promising a setlist of fan-favorite songs, deeper cuts, and a high-energy production true to their glam-metal legacy. Additionally, the residency includes a charitable element: a portion of ticket proceeds will be donated to the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, underscoring the band’s commitment to giving back.

While the idea of a joint farewell tour between these two iconic bands would undoubtedly generate massive buzz and draw in rock fans from all over the world, the reality for now remains firmly in the realm of wishful thinking. Still, 2025 is shaping up to be a monumental year for rock music, with both Mötley Crüe and Guns N’ Roses delivering experiences tailored to their unique styles and loyal fanbases. Whether through a globe-spanning arena blitz or a high-octane Vegas residency, each band is continuing to cement its place in rock history. Fans may not get the dream collaboration just yet, but they won’t be left disappointed with what’s in store. Could a joint tour still be possible in the future? Only time will tell.

The South African and Olympic gold medallist Caster Semenya has finally won her seven-year legal battle at Europe’s top human rights court (ECHR), which ruled that World Athletics had discriminated against her. The court decision found that the World Athletics sports federation had violated her rights by barring her from competing without giving her a fair trial. The 34-year-old South African runner has been banned from competing since 2019 due to her naturally high testosterone levels. Semenya, a two-time Olympic and three-time world champion, calls this a genetic gift, while World Athletics argues that this might give her a male-like advantage, deeming her participation in women’s sports potentially
