The Miami Dolphins have Tyreek Hill back, but Jevon Holland is still absent.
Tyreek Hill has returned.
The All-Pro wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins is expected to play at Hard Rock Stadium in Week 16 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Key players Austin Jackson and Xavien Howard, who were both listed as questionable on the final injury report of the week, will also be available for the Dolphins.
The Dolphins will be without starting right guard Robert Hunt and safety Jevon Holland for the fourth straight game, which is a drawback.
Along with rookie CB Cam Smith (hamstring) and DE Emmanuel Ogbah (hamstring), Holland has been suffering with injuries to both of his knees. On the final injury report, he was listed as one of three inactive players who were doubtful.
The fact that rookie cornerback Ethan Bonner was promoted from the practice squad on Saturday should have hinted at Ogbah’s absence, just as veteran Melvin Ingram’s promotion from the practice squad should have hinted at Smith’s absence.
The Dolphins will also be without TE Tyler Kraft and WR River Cracraft, the latter of whom will be benched in favor of veteran players Chase Claypool and Robbie Chosen, in addition to the injured players.
DeShon Elliott, a safety, is scheduled to return after missing last Sunday’s game against the Jets due to a concussion.
The two starters who had previously been ruled out were on the Dallas Cowboys’ inactive list, along with Noah Igbinoghene, a former first-round pick of the Dolphins.
Tyron Smith, a left tackle (back), and Jonathan Hankins, a defensive tackle (knee/ankle), are the two injured starters.
Trey Lance is the backup quarterback, and the other inactives are wide receiver Jalen Brooks, running back Deuce Vaughn, and cornerback Eric Scott.
Guard Zack Martin, a perennial Pro Bowler, is in fact back in action following a thigh injury he suffered during Dallas’ 31-10 loss to Buffalo on Sunday.
