Jordan Allen, a wide receiver from Buford High School in Buford, Georgia, has been Tennessee’s main target. He and Justin Baker are teammates and he is a prospect for the class of 2025. Tennessee made him an offer back in November, and he has been in communication with the Volunteers ever since. He recently made time to discuss his recruitment with Volunteer Country.
He says, “My recruitment is going really well,” to open the discussion. I’m still having conversations with schools. In addition, I’m attempting to stay in touch and monitor the situation.” The 5’8″, 170-pound receiver also discusses how hard the schools tried to recruit him. He says, “Kansas, Tennessee, Clemson, Georgia, and a few other schools have been in touch with me the most recently.” There are so many schools there that I feel important. It matters a lot and grabs my attention simply when someone is eager to talk to me and express interest in me.”
As visitation season approaches its peak, Allen was questioned about possible trips. The Buford prospect states, “At this time, I don’t have any scheduled trips. I really want to try to enroll in those four institutions, along with possibly a few more. I’d like to strengthen my ties with the schools with whom I’ve recently had the most communication.”
About his ties with the Volunteers personnel, he was questioned. “Very good. Since November, when he first began recruiting me, Coach [Kelsey] Pope and I have developed a bond. Twice in the fall, I’ve traveled to Knoxville for games. I know the area rather well.” Allen also highlighted Baker, a volunteer and current teammate. Additionally, one of my teammates has already committed. Justin Baker, 2025. That’s my man!”
