After the concert, Angus Young was already heading out…

The lights had barely cooled down from AC/DC’s blistering finale. Fans were still buzzing with adrenaline, filing out into the night with ears ringing and hearts full. Meanwhile, Angus Young, the legendary lead guitarist known for his electrifying performances and signature schoolboy uniform, was slipping out through a private exit, headed to his SUV. The energy of the show still pulsed around him, but he was ready to call it a night.

But then — something stopped him.

Near one of the venue’s side exits, almost tucked away in the shadows, stood a young boy. No older than ten or eleven, he held a beat-up guitar, clearly loved and used often. Oblivious to everything else, the kid was lost in his own world, plucking out a simple but spirited version of “Back in Black.” His fingers fumbled at times, but the heart was there. It wasn’t a performance for anyone. It wasn’t about being seen. It was just a boy and his guitar, playing for the pure love of it.

Angus noticed.

Just as his SUV began to pull forward, he leaned in, told his driver to stop, and rolled down the window. For a few seconds, he simply watched — smiling, touched. A few crew members and lingering fans turned their heads, unsure what was happening. Then, in a moment that now lives forever on video, Angus opened the door, stepped out, and walked over to the boy.

The child looked up mid-riff and froze, eyes widening in disbelief.

There, in front of him, stood the actual Angus Young.

Without a word, Angus crouched down to the boy’s level, complimented his playing, and asked if he could see the guitar. The boy, still too stunned to speak, nodded and handed it over. Angus took a Sharpie from his jacket pocket — ever the professional — and scribbled a signature across the body of the guitar. Then he handed it back, gave the kid a pat on the shoulder, and said, “Keep playing, mate. You’ve got it.”

Tears. Applause. Shaky phone cameras capturing every second.

The video has since spread like wildfire across social media, drawing millions of views and comments from fans around the world. It wasn’t just a celebrity encounter — it was a moment of connection between generations. Between a young dreamer and the rock legend who unknowingly inspired him.

In a world where fame often builds walls, Angus Young reminded us what it means to stay grounded — to notice the small things, the quiet talents, the moments that matter. A simple act of kindness, done without fanfare, created a memory that boy will carry for the rest of his life — and inspired millions more along the way.

As one commenter wrote beneath the viral clip: “This is why legends become legends — not just for the music, but for the humanity behind it.” 🎸💫

Led Zeppelin the Best Band of all time Led#1 forever, Led Zeppelin, formed in 1968, consisted of Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones, and John Bonham. After reshaping the sound of rock with their debut Led Zeppelin (1969), they followed with Led Zeppelin II (1969), III (1970), and IV (1971), which featured the immortal “Stairway to Heaven.” The band seamlessly blended blues, hard rock, and folk influences with unmatched intensity. Physical Graffiti (1975) and Presence (1976) showed their experimental range, while In Through the Out Door (1979) reflected musical evolution. Known for mystique and explosive live shows, Zeppelin avoided releasing singles, encouraging full-album experiences. The band dissolved after Bonham’s death in 1980, but their 2007 reunion at the O2 Arena proved their enduring magic. Selling over 300 million records, Led Zeppelin are Rock Hall inductees and cultural cornerstones, often cited as the greatest rock band in history.

Sabbath formed the year I was born, first song I learned on guitar was Sweet L3af, saw Ozzy in ‘82 just after the plane crash, countless Ozfest’s, 1998 reunion show, etc etc….. I’ve seen a lot of fans talking about what band was uninvited, or who didn’t live up to the hype, or which band shouldn’t have been there… I watched the entire show and, for me, the lifetime soundtrack was as touching and meaningful as a McCartney concert…

This just popped up as a memory from my regular page. I believe part of his payment was for the cords to hook up all his pedals. Jake said he had those all hooked up.

Ever since I first heard him on the Bark At The Moon album, I’ve been a huge fan Of Jake E. Lee. I’ve seen him play with Ozzy twice, Badlands once and his solo band 3 or 4 times and have met him twice. He is one of the nicest, humblest people you can ever be lucky to meet.
