STORRS, CT – The University of Connecticut Huskies concluded the 2024-2025 BIG EAST Conference basketball season by sweeping prestigious awards, solidifying their status as a powerhouse in college basketball. On the men’s side, the Huskies capped off a historic year, claiming both the BIG EAST Tournament title and a coveted spot as the top seed in the NCAA Tournament. Head Coach Dan Hurley was named BIG EAST Coach of the Year, following a season that saw his team post an impressive 27-4 record.
