Given that some of its best players are being linked to moves away, Nottingham Forest’s summer transfer season appears to be going to be quite taxing.
Many Forest players have already left on free transfers this summer after their contracts expired, thanks to Nuno Espirito Santo.
Additionally, two players have entered the building at the City Ground: Eric da Silva Moreira and Marko Stamenic, who is currently on loan.
Nuno is eager to see his big guns stay in the Premier League, even though Forest is one of the teams that needs to sell some players this month in order to make some cash.
However, it appears like Evangelos Marinakis is now receiving more attention for one of Forest’s best players this summer.
Juventus enter the picture for Steve Cooper’s signing
Although Steve Cooper’s tenure at Forest ended last season after he was fired, the current Leicester City manager made a number of excellent signings.
🚨🇧🇷 After Chelsea yesterday, also Juventus have inquired about the conditions of the deal for Murillo.

Cooper brought in players like Morgan Gibbs-White, who has provided Forest with significant value on the pitch and potentially in the transfer market.
Although Forest may find themselves in financial trouble again this summer, they have several big-name players who might easily alleviate their concerns.
Murillo, their centre-back, has sparked a lot of attention this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Juventus have now inquired about the “sensational” Brazilian centre-back over a potential summer swoop.
A number of Europe’s top clubs have now contacted Forest to discuss the terms of signing the Brazilian centre-back.
Chelsea have already approached Forest, with the Premier League club hoping to bring Murillo to Stamford Bridge in the coming months.
Murillo, on the other hand, will not be leaving the City Ground easy, as Forest have set a high price for the 21-year-old.
Nottingham Forest PSR troubles alleviated with Moussa Niakhate’s sale
Forest were one of the sides needing to balance their books before the 30 June PSR deadline and it looks like any concerns may have been eased.
Moussa Niakhate will be leaving the club this month having agreed a deal with Ligue 1 side Lyon for his permanent departure.

The deal between the two clubs has now been agreed with Forest set to bring in £20m for the Senegalese centre-back.
What this signifies for Murillo’s future will be fascinating, given one centre-back has already left the club and PSR fears have been alleviated.
