Robert Plant has joined Paul Weller on a song from the latter’s upcoming covers album, Find El Dorado. Plant Suggests Zeppelin's Tales of Excess Might Be Exaggerated

“Clive’s Song” was originally performed by Scottish folk singer Hamish Imlach on his 1971 album, Old Rarity. The song was written for Imlach by Clive Palmer, a founder of the Incredible String Band, a band cited by Plant as an influence on Led Zeppelin.

Robert Plant has joined Paul Weller on a song from the latter’s upcoming covers album, Find El Dorado.

He concluded the tour in Sweden, Norway and Finland in late May. Beginning on July 10, he will perform for three weeks in Italy, France and Spain.

Swedish masked rockers Ghost inched closer to the mainstream on their sixth LP — a gamble that paid off with their first No. 1 — loading up on arena-rock gestures and super-slick studio production. Religious mockery is still at the center of their game, as Skeleta blends conservative-poking screeds alongside their usual theatrical metal. Equal parts melodramatic excess and winking social commentary, it outweighs its compromises.
