No. 1 Oklahoma Crushes Missouri as Sam Landry Fires a Dominant Shutout in Run-Rule Victory

The No. 1 Oklahoma Sooners continued their dominant season with a statement win over Missouri, securing a commanding run-rule victory behind an electric performance from pitcher Sam Landry. The Sooners overwhelmed the Tigers, showcasing their offensive firepower and elite pitching as they march toward another championship run.

Landry was untouchable in the circle, delivering a shutout performance that left Missouri struggling to generate any offensive momentum. The right-hander’s dominant outing featured a mix of devastating movement and pinpoint control, keeping the Tigers off balance and securing yet another impressive win for the Sooners.

Oklahoma’s bats came alive early, setting the tone with a relentless offensive attack. The Sooners capitalized on defensive miscues from Missouri and strung together clutch hits, forcing the game into run-rule territory before Missouri had a chance to respond. Key contributions came from star sluggers who have been the backbone of Oklahoma’s offense throughout the season.

Following the game, head coach Patty Gasso expressed confidence in her squad, emphasizing that this win is just another step toward the ultimate goal—a national championship. “We’re locked in,” Gasso said. “This team is built for the long haul, and we’re ready to chase another title.”

Oklahoma has been on a tear this season, proving why they are the No. 1 team in the country. With a mix of veteran leadership and rising stars, the Sooners have shown no signs of slowing down as they prepare for another deep postseason run.

Missouri, meanwhile, will need to regroup quickly after this lopsided loss, as they look to bounce back in their upcoming games. But for now, all eyes remain on Oklahoma, as the defending champions continue to prove they are the team to beat.

With this latest emphatic victory, the Sooners have sent a clear message: They are more than ready to defend their crown.

Led Zeppelin the Best Band of all time Led#1 forever, Led Zeppelin, formed in 1968, consisted of Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones, and John Bonham. After reshaping the sound of rock with their debut Led Zeppelin (1969), they followed with Led Zeppelin II (1969), III (1970), and IV (1971), which featured the immortal “Stairway to Heaven.” The band seamlessly blended blues, hard rock, and folk influences with unmatched intensity. Physical Graffiti (1975) and Presence (1976) showed their experimental range, while In Through the Out Door (1979) reflected musical evolution. Known for mystique and explosive live shows, Zeppelin avoided releasing singles, encouraging full-album experiences. The band dissolved after Bonham’s death in 1980, but their 2007 reunion at the O2 Arena proved their enduring magic. Selling over 300 million records, Led Zeppelin are Rock Hall inductees and cultural cornerstones, often cited as the greatest rock band in history.

Sabbath formed the year I was born, first song I learned on guitar was Sweet L3af, saw Ozzy in ‘82 just after the plane crash, countless Ozfest’s, 1998 reunion show, etc etc….. I’ve seen a lot of fans talking about what band was uninvited, or who didn’t live up to the hype, or which band shouldn’t have been there… I watched the entire show and, for me, the lifetime soundtrack was as touching and meaningful as a McCartney concert…

This just popped up as a memory from my regular page. I believe part of his payment was for the cords to hook up all his pedals. Jake said he had those all hooked up.
