A Painful departure: Led Zeppelin legend Robert Plant just passed away in…

Robert Plant is a rock star to the world, but his children know him best as a supportive dad.

The frontman of the legendary rock band Led Zeppelin, Plant is an eight-time Grammy winner with 11 studio albums under his belt. He also received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005.

In his personal life, Plant married Maureen Wilson in 1968, and the couple welcomed three children: Karac Pendragon, Carmen Jane and Logan Romero. After they divorced, Plant had his fourth child, son Jesse Lee, in 1991 with Wilson’s sister, Shirley Wilson.

Karac died in 1977 at age 5 of a stomach illness. Plant said in a 2024 interview on The Big Interview with Dan Rather that it “wasn’t easy” to get through the loss and his family “pulled tight together.”

After living and traveling around the United States, particularly the South, in the early 2010s, Plant settled back in England, feeling the pull of his roots and loved ones.

“I’ve got some great kids, and guess what? They’ve got great kids,” he told NPR in 2014, adding, “I think I could continue forever as this sort of Peter Pan whizzing around, but I realize that the value of my time is of huge, huge importance. And I had to reconvene with everything that I’d taken for granted previously.”

Here’s everything to know about Robert Plant’s children: Carmen, late son Karac, Logan and Jesse.

“We never stopped being a band… we were just waiting for the right moment.” And last night, that moment exploded into history. Judas Priest is BACK. After 27 long years of silence, the gods of rock—Rob Halford, Glenn Tipton, and Richie Faulkner—reunited on stage in a thunderous resurrection of Kashmir that shook the very soul of music. The arena trembled as their legendary sound returned in full force, untouched by time, fueled by fire. But what turned the roar into raw emotion? Dave Holland, son of the late Dave Holland, behind the drums—channeling his father’s spirit with every beat. It wasn’t just a comeback. It was bloodline. Legacy. A spiritual explosion that left thousands sobbing and screaming. This wasn’t a concert. It was a once-in-a-generation moment that proved legends never die—they just wait for the perfect storm….Full footage below 👇👇👇

50 years ago today, Eagles released their fourth studio album, One Of These Nights. “The Eagles’ first No.1 album in the US, and their first as a quintet with new guitarist Don Felder. “A consistently great record, One Of These Nights featured three US top five hits: country heartbreaker Lyin’ Eyes, Randy Meisner-sung ballad Take It To The Limit, and the funky title track which made No.1. Also included was Journey Of The Sorcerer, a highly unorthodox hillbilly/orchestral-rock epic later adopted as the theme for TV series The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy.” Words: Paul Elliott /
